By purchasing any program, course, coaching, or digital product from Spiritual Boss Babe, you (the "Client") agree to the following Terms of Purchase:Ā 

1. Offer Description

The purchase includes access to the specific program, course, digital product, or coaching services detailed on the sales page at the time of purchase. Programs may vary in format, including:

  • Pre-recorded courses (delivered via a member portal or email).
  • Live programs (conducted via virtual meetings with recordings provided).
  • Coaching and mentorship programs (live sessions, or pre-recorded content).

Clients will have access to purchased materials as described at the time of sale. Access periods may vary depending on the program but will always be outlined on the corresponding sales page.

2. Payment Policies

  1. Full Payment or Payment Plans
    Clients may pay in full or opt for an available payment plan (if offered). Payment plans are a binding commitment to complete all installments as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
  2. Missed Payments
    If a payment is missed:
  • The system will automatically retry payment.
  • After three failed attempts, access to program content will be revoked.
  • A team member will reach out to resolve the payment issue.

Failure to resolve missed payments within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent revocation of access to the program.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the programs and the immediate access provided, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, unless stated otherwise on the sales page upon signing up. By purchasing, you agree to this policy and waive any rights to dispute or chargeback for refunds.

4. Access and Delivery

Purchased content will be delivered as follows:

  • Pre-recorded materials: Available in a secure member portal (login credentials provided upon purchase).
  • Live sessions: Access links will be emailed to participants. Recordings, if applicable, will also be housed in the member portal.
  • Other materials: Supplementary materials will be delivered via email or accessible in the member portal.

It is the Clientā€™s responsibility to provide a valid email address and check spam/junk folders for any communications.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided in programs, courses, and digital products is the intellectual property of StephanieĀ Bellinger and Spiritual Boss Babe. Materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
